Spring has finally Sprung! Thus, the Carroll County Housing Authority is sponsoring a Spring Clean-up during the week of April 22 – April 26, 2019. Our staff will pick up, and dispose of any our your unused, or broken household items (furniture, TVs, electrical items, tires, etc.) at no charge to the tenant.
