As we enter into the heart of summer, the Carroll County Housing Authority has chosen O’Brien Construction to complete Phase IV of our Carroll Apartments Sidewalk/Patio Project.  This is the final phase for the Carroll Apartments site.  The project is scheduled to begin the week of July 24th with a completion date of August 21st.  For the Carroll Apartments tenants who still have “cubbies” in front of their unit, a memo will be distributed advising them to remove all personal items by July 10th.  Our maintenance staff will begin taking these cubbies down to prepare for the construction.

During the construction, please make sure your children do not enter any construction zone, and be mindful, and use caution when walking through the Carroll Apartments work zone site.  Carroll Apartments residents will be notified when their front and back patio sections will be removed.  All residents will have access to their units during construction.
